LIFETIME WARRANTY
HeavenSent jewelry is the best of the best quality, and we are so confident that your pieces will not break that we offer a lifetime warranty. Jewelry items marked with lifetime warranty in their descriptions that are purchased full price are eligible. If your item breaks in any way, you will receive a brand new one or a repair if possible. Processing time - 2-5 business days - Please allow up to a week if ordering during a new drop/large restock.
Shipping Time - 2-5 business days (USA) 1-3 Weeks (International)
Please expect longer shipping time frames around holidays.
HeavenSent uses USPS for all shipments - for status updates, concerns, etc REACH OUT TO USPS with your information. HeavenSent is not responsible for lost packages but we will do our best to help you locate your shipment!
Please triple check your address before purchase - we cannot be responsible for lost packages/incorrectly delivered packages due to wrong address.
Orders with pre order items are shipped out altogether when the preorder item has arrived.
Pre order time frames are estimates and may be shorter or longer - Please do not order pre order items if you cannot wait.
☆RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item(s) for store credit. Exchanges are also available for size swapping. Simply email with your order information to initiate either.
Items must be in their original packaging in unworn condition to be eligible for return/exchange. Sale items (including items purchased with a discount code) are not eligible for return or exchange. Earrings, socks and bikinis are not eligible for return due to sanitary issues.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations, no exceptions.
☆WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED?
If your package is returned due to incorrect address, you will receive an email asking for correct address info and payment to reship. RETURNED ORDERS ARE HELD FOR NO LONGER THAN TWO WEEKS - please double check your address before ordering and check your email for updates.
