☆ WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?
HeavenSent jewelry is made of stainless steel — the toughest metal in the world. It is tarnish-proof and waterproof and will not change color; your jewelry should be as tough as you are! With minimal maintenance, pieces will last for years.
Product information for non-jewelry items (such as material/fit) can be found in their individual descriptions.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
HeavenSent jewelry is of the highest quality, and we are so confident that your pieces will not break that we offer a lifetime warranty. Jewelry items marked with “lifetime warranty” in their descriptions and purchased at full price (without discount codes/sale pricing) are eligible. If your item breaks in any way, you will receive a brand new one or a repair, if possible. The customer pays associated shipping costs. Lost or stolen items are not covered. Only one replacement/repair per purchase. Discontinued or sold-out items that cannot be repaired cannot be replaced.

☆ WHERE ARE YOUR PIECES FROM?
All HeavenSent apparel and jewelry are exclusively designed in-house for HeavenSent and are not available anywhere else (any others are copies or fakes)!
Our pieces are produced at independently owned factories that are SGS-certified sweatshop-free. This means the factories have been certified by the Société Générale de Surveillance, the leader in global product and factory inspections, to meet a variety of quality standards including worker safety, product use safety, environmental impact, etc. Other certifications our factories posses include OEKO-TEX Standard 100, BSCI, and more. The majority of factories we work with are located in Hong Kong. We produce in small batches, meaning we only make what we know we can sell, and strongly value longevity when it comes to designing our products. ☆ A NOTE ABOUT RHINESTONES
Stainless steel jewelry (the best quality costume jewelry — see first section) can only have rhinestones glued in. It is perfectly normal that, with daily wear, items may eventually lose stones — especially rings — as the glue can dry out over time. We offer a lifetime warranty for pieces with lots of rhinestones for this reason, which is one of the many things that sets HeavenSent apart from other brands. Be sure to purchase within the warranty parameters to have your pieces covered if a stone is lost.
Clothing with rhinestones should be hand-washed and may lose stones with wear as well — please be aware of this or choose other items!
We recommend not wearing rhinestone rings daily if you wish to preserve all the stones.
☆ APPAREL CARE
Items with fur, studs, zippers, rhinestones, or any sort of appliqué should be hand-washed and air-dried only. Our cotton hoodies and sweats should be hand-washed in cold water only.
Bikinis should also be hand-washed in cold water only. Bikinis with appliqués are especially delicate — keep this in mind when cleaning them!
In general, we recommend hand-washing all of our apparel items.
☆ SHIPPING 101
Processing Time: Same/next business day. Please allow up to 3 days if purchasing from a sale or new drop.
Shipping Time: Depends on the speed selected at checkout.
Expect longer shipping times around holidays.
We are not responsible for damaged packages — you must contact USPS to file a claim. Every domestic package includes complimentary insurance for up to $100 in case of damage during transit. International orders can choose to select insured shipping at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages but will do everything we can, including working with the courier to locate the package or secure a refund.
International orders may be subject to customs fees. These are government charges and are not collected or controlled by us, and therefore are not grounds for a refund. If you refuse your package due to fees, it has a high chance of being lost in transit on the way back to us.
Please triple-check your shipping address before purchase. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. Domestic orders can update their shipping info via the order confirmation email before the order is shipped.
We do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available. Pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary. Please do not order pre-order items if you are unable to wait.
Orders with additions will not ship until the balance is paid in full.
☆ RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your item(s) for store credit. Email us with your order info to initiate the process. Returns shipped after 10 days will be returned to the sender.
Items must be in original packaging and unworn to be eligible. The customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. Once received, store credit (minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping) will be issued. Sale items (including items purchased with a discount code) are final sale.
Items returned without original packaging will incur a 25% deduction from the store credit.
Earrings, socks, and bikinis are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange for sanitary reasons. Made-to-order items (e.g., phone cases) are also not eligible.
Defects must be reported within one week of delivery.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations — no exceptions.
☆ WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED?
Please monitor your tracking info. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, store credit will be issued for the item cost, minus a 15% restocking fee. If you cannot access the credit, email us for assistance. International returns have a high chance of being lost in transit — double-check all address info carefully. We are not responsible for returned packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
Discount codes, store credit, and freebie offers cannot be combined. This includes offers made on social media that do not require a code. Please choose one at checkout.
